Dozvoliti sebi da odmorimo, da predahnemo, da u\u017eivamo u dokolici. Sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e \u010dujem \u201cne mogu da se opustim dok ne zavr\u0161im posao, dok ne sredim ku\u0107u, dok ne uradim sav doma\u0107i sa detetom, dok ne postignem savr\u0161enu figuru\u2026\u201d<\/p><p>Ovi obrasci neuspeha postaju na\u0161a svakodnevnica i na\u0161a realnost. Nemamo pravo da samo budemo, moramo da radimo da bismo bili vredni, dostojni \u017eivota koji \u017eivimo. Ako obratimo pa\u017enju na lingvistiku u srpskom jeziku re\u010d vredan ima dvojako zna\u010denje \u2013 od toga da vredimo, do toga da smo radni. I nekako i na nesvesnom nivou kroz ovu jezi\u010dku za\u010dkoljicu <strong>u nas je utkano limitiraju\u0107e uverenje da vredimo samo ako smo radni.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Nedavno mi je dvanaestogodi\u0161nji sin dok sam pripremala predavanje i naravno provodila popodne za svojim ra\u010dunarom rekao \u201c<em>Mama, ti si ba\u0161 vredna.<\/em>\u201d Zastala sam, zapitala se, a zatim i sa njim podelila svoju dilemu: \u201d<em>Kako to misli\u0161 sine?<\/em>\u201d, na \u0161ta mi je odgovorio, \u201c<em>Pa ti uvek ba\u0161 puno radi\u0161.<\/em>\u201d Tada sam po\u017eelela da bar u ovom jednom slu\u010daju gde imam priliku i bezgrani\u010dno poverenje ispravim \u201clingvisti\u010dku, a i \u017eivotnu nepravdu, rekla bih. \u201c<em><strong>I dijamant je vredan, a ne radi ni\u0161ta. Dovoljno je samo \u0161to je tu, ba\u0161 takav kakav jeste.<\/strong><\/em>\u201d, odgovorila sam mu. \u201c<em>Ne moramo raditi da bismo bili vredni<\/em>\u201d, nastavila sam. \u201c<strong><em>Nekada je dovoljno samo da postojimo.<\/em><\/strong>\u201c<\/p><p>Volela bih da je nekada meni neko ovo izgovorio. \u017delela bih da ova moja poruka stigne do \u0161to ve\u0107eg broja ljudi. Da bismo zastali. Udahnuli. Osvestili. Jer to je jedini na\u010din da budemo u kontaktu sa sobom, svojim potrebama i da na taj na\u010din pravimo izbore i pokre\u0107emo akcije koje su autenti\u010dno na\u0161e. Sve drugo je tr\u010danje hr\u010dka u to\u010dku koji se neprekidno okre\u0107e. Njutnov zakon fizike koji je promenio svet, nastao je kada je njegov tvorac le\u017eao i odmarao ispod drveta jabuke.<\/p><p>Svi sportisti sveta kojima se divimo, za koje zdu\u0161no navijamo, dobro znaju koliko je <strong>za postizanje vrhunskih rezultata potrebno jednako dobro planirati odmor<\/strong>, kao i intenzivne treninge. Sport je po mnogo \u010demu biznis, pa i \u017eivot u malom. Sve zakonitosti timske saradnje, postizanja rezultata, kontinuiranog napredovanja koji va\u017ee u sportu, primenjivi su i u biznisu. Postoji mnogo metafora i primera na ovu temu. Mnoge od ovih zakonitosti uporno i dosledno primenjujemo.<\/p><p><strong>Za\u0161to smo onda samo sebi uskratili pravo na odmor?<\/strong> Na\u0161a obaveza jeste da ka\u017eemo dosta, pre nego nam to jasno i upozoravaju\u0107e saop\u0161ti na\u0161e telo kroz signale u vidu anksioznosti, nesanice ili hroni\u010dnog umora.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e33face elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e33face\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Zato dajte sebi priliku da samo budete.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9abe1af elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9abe1af\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Da prigrlite odmor, koji ne mora biti zaslu\u017een na na\u010din kako smo to navikli, ve\u0107 \u201csamo\u201d preko potreban. Dozvolite sebi opu\u0161tanje, ba\u0161 poput mi\u0161i\u0107a koji se kontrahuje, pa opu\u0161ta. Da nema ovog mehanizma telo bi bilo konstantno u spazmu. Ista je situacija i sa na\u0161im umom i emocijama.
