I am Ivana, a graduate engineer from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Master of Economic Sciences, writer, HR director, and creative educator.
I love people and believe that we are all fundamentally good. The greatest professional recognition for me is when you entrust me and give me the opportunity to support you on your path of change and development.
WHO AM I?
I am Ivana, HR director, creative educator, writer, former volleyball player, mountaineer, and mother of two boys.
I have built practical experience in various managerial positions in domestic and international companies, and for the past fifteen years, I have successfully led teams with the motivation that it is possible to achieve top results while being and remaining human among people!
Lifelong learning is one of my core values, it permeates us, gives us strength and motivation for all our actions.
Through education, I live this value of mine; by teaching others, I also learn about myself, and thus we develop together, both my participants and I. If we look at it from the aspect of meaning, I believe this is my small, humble contribution to making this world a better place. In this way, by doing what I love and giving contribution and higher meaning to what I do, my energy only increases.
As I deeply believe that continuous learning is a value that guides me through life, and knowledge is a resource that directs and defines us, I have attended numerous educations and trainings, many of which I now conduct myself.
I am a certified International NLP Trainer (Fellow Member IANLP) and a certified international trainer and coach according to the PCM methodology.
I have attended Erickson coaching and Coaching Center education according to ICF standards and am an international trainer and facilitator in the Point of You methodology, also accredited by ICF, which represents the gold standard in coaching methodology.
I am a licensed mediator for peaceful out-of-court dispute resolution and a guest lecturer at the Mokra Gora School of Management in the field of communication training and personal development.
I organize certified and accredited NLP and PCM education programs, and through individual and team business coaching with my clients, I set and achieve challenging business goals. I have had the opportunity to conduct my trainings in Serbia, Republic of Srpska, Montenegro, Austria, Great Britain, Germany, and Spain.

I believe that we humans are beings of development and purpose. For me, the way to grow and develop is precisely through personal development trainings. It is the time we dedicate to ourselves, to pause in this fast-paced life and ask ourselves:

- What do I want?
- What is important to me?
These are questions of fundamental importance, as our identity is a multidimensional and dynamic concept – one that changes over time. That’s why it’s essential to stay in touch with ourselves, with our own changes and needs. There are many ways to do this – personal development training is just one of them, and personally, my favourite. Of course, I wholeheartedly support self-work, growth and development through any method in which people find meaning and answers to the questions life presents them.
